HKDM CREATIVE ZONE

We invite arts-related organizations to apply for a spot in the HKDM Creative Zone. The focus of the festival is to highlight the arts organizations we have in the City. If you are NOT an arts-related organization, please contact us for other opportunities to be involved with HKDM.

Each Creative Zone booth will have an activity for HKDM attendees to do in order to get to know you a little better. This could be making your own instrument, coloring pages, short singing lessons, games related to music or other arts, etc. The point is to be highly engaged with HKDM attendees and not just passing out information. If you want to have something at your booth with projected sound (instruments, speaker, demos, etc.), please indicate that on your application and we will work on integrating that into the setup accordingly.

Booth fees:
Non-profits booth fee: $47 (**includes tent, 1 table, 2 chairs)
Regular booth fee: $67 (**includes tent, 1 table, 2 chairs)

Additional Rental items (if needed):
Table: $12/each
Chairs: $3/each

Would your organization like to volunteer in our "Calm Cove" tent during the festival? See below for details...

Our new "Calm Cove" is for our friends who need a little break from the stimulation of HKDM. This will be a quiet zone with soft classical music, coloring sheets, small art projects, and cozy corners to relax. We are looking for organizations who would like to take a time slot to volunteer in the Calm Cove by doing things like playing soft music, reading to kids, making origami with them, some quiet art projects, etc.

Step 2: Application Review

HKDM will contact you and let you know if your application is accepted. If accepted, you will receive an electronic invoice for booth fee payment which is due upon receipt. If you selected you are interested in a performance slot, please note we have limited time slots and not everyone may have the opportunity to perform.
